**Terms and Conditions for Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) and Percentage Off Sale:**
1. **Eligibility:**
– The promotion is valid for individual shops only and is not applicable for wholesale or bulk purchases.
2. **Buy One Get One Free (BOGO):**
– The offer is applicable when purchasing one item at the regular price, and receiving a second item of equal or lesser value for free.
– The free item must be of the same or lesser value than the purchased item.
– Customers cannot mix and match different products for the BOGO offer.
3. **Percentage Off:**
– In addition to the BOGO offer, customers may be entitled to a percentage off the total purchase.
– The percentage off is applied to the total value of the items in the cart after the BOGO discount has been calculated.
4. **Duration:**
– The promotion is valid during the specified dates and times. Any purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.
5. **Exclusions:**
– The promotion is not applicable to certain products, as specified by the company. Excluded items will be clearly marked on the website or in-store.
6. **Discount Calculation:**
– The BOGO discount is applied to the item of equal or lesser value.
– The percentage off is calculated on the total value of the eligible items in the cart after applying the BOGO discount.

– If only one item from the BOGO pair is returned, the refund will be adjusted to account for the discount.
